SHIPPING POLICY

We can sell tickets and associated products and / or services on behalf of promoters, producers, teams, artists and venues or venues.

We sell tickets at the moment. The number of tickets made available to us for sale varies from show to show. Tickets are usually sold through various distribution points, including telematic channels and ticket offices. All distribution points access the same inventory and ticketing system.

For some shows, tickets may be sold as an integral part of a 'Package' (when a ticket to a show is sold together with concessions, promotional items or other valuable benefits, such as exclusive seats, accommodation, transportation, meals or other items). promotional items such as an all-inclusive package at an all-inclusive price) or a "Directed Sale" (in which, in addition to a ticket, and independently of it, the customer is offered the possibility of purchasing parking, promotional items, trip, etc.).

In these General Purchase Conditions, we call "Articles" all kinds of products and / or services that we offer for sale (such as tickets, Packages and Targeted Sales). To buy an Item (s) from us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit / debit card issued in your name.

The user declares that he is of legal age (over 18 years old) and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the web, in accordance with the conditions detailed below, which he declares to understand and accept.

Any purchase of an Item from us is governed by: (i) these General Purchase Conditions; (ii) any kind of special terms and conditions that may be published on our website.

Your purchase contract for an Item begins when we confirm your purchase and ends as soon as the show for which you purchased the Item ends, although, however, if you have purchased any product within a Directed Sale, your purchase contract for the It will end fourteen (14) days from the date it is delivered. All purchases are subject to verification of the payment card and other security checks, and your operation may be canceled if it does not pass our verification process.

You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any kind of Items through the unauthorized use of any robot or other automated device or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to cancel any operation that we reasonably suspect has been carried out in breach of these provisions, without prior notice to you, and all and any of the Items acquired through said operation will be void.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings that we reasonably suspect have been made fraudulently.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that you want to return any of the garments in your order, you can do so within 30 days from the date of the order.

To make a return:

  1. Pack the items in the original packaging, if possible.

  2. Request the return of the items by contacting info@waldgroup.es

  3. Return the package to your local post office, choose a shipping option and do it. *

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded when returning an item. If upon receipt of your returned item (s), said item (s) is (are) damaged due to improper handling we may make a deduction from the refund amount due to the loss of value of the returned item.

* We recommend obtaining a tracking number from the company in charge of said return that proves that it has been made and in this way to be able to carry out the corresponding tracking of the shipment and delivery at destination, since it will also be the only way to prove that was effected.
